Martin Turner's WISHBONE ASH
Currently touring around the UK, and the new DVD ' The Life Begins Tour' recorded live in Leicester is now available.
Also in the Pipeline:
The extremely overdue new studio album from Prog Rockers 'Landmarq' titled 'Entertaining Angels' is now ready to go to pressing. Apologies to anyone interested for the long delay, but a number of factors have made this so long in being completed, from personel changes after recording started, singer Tracy Hitchings having a serious illness to deal with- from which she is now fortunately recovered, and general logistics of trying to coordinate a bunch of very busy musicians involved with numerous other bands living many miles away from the (fantastic) though very heavily booked up studio we used at Liscombe Park! The album was engineered by the meticulous Steve Rispin, and mixed at Thin Ice Studios by Karl Groom and Mike Varty. Without doubt, the quality of the recordings are far superior to anything else Landmarq has recorded before, so hopefully Landmarq fans won't be disappointed with the end result!
Oliver's long awaited follow-up to 'Mother's Ruin' is gathering momentum, with recording starting when Oliver can find a suitable space within his busy schedule with Yes . The album- to be called 'Cultural Vandals' looks like having the same personel as Mother's Ruin, with the exception of Paul Manzi on vocals instead of Moon Kinaird, Paul having been part of the Oliver's live band for a number of years, as can be seen on the dvd 'Coming To Town' -Live In Poland.
